I've retrieved old forum guide section for you guys, hope it would bring good memories or be useful :)

You can read any guide which was "snapshotted" by web.archive.org system and actually has a "saved copy". Not all of them are available though, but afaik a big amount is. Even now many of them could be quite informative for newbies and more expirienced players who wasn't big into theory.
